I personally had a 2004 Tundra crew cab.  Loved everything about it other than the fuel mileage.  14 was the best...on a road trip to eastern Washington.  Everyday driving would run right around 12-12.5(I hand-calculated every tank....literally.  Everyone I talked to with the same vehicle (4 door) would be the same 12-14.  Now the extra cabs would get 17-18......geared different?.....maybe. She ended up totaling it( took out a power pole 1/2 mile from home) and we ended up going with a dodge mega cab for its replacement.  She still wants a 3rd row, and we started looking at the Nissan Armada (Toyota/Nissan.....Potato/Pototo).  Upon further researching, if you like more luxery, the Infiniti QX56 is a mirror image of the Armada.  That's what the wife is going to end up getting.   Take all of what you read for what its worth.   Test drive all.  Good Luck

I vote suburban, they are very reliable.  This is our family truck we just had build last year.  Not as expensive as you may think.  I would do it over 100X.  Very practical.
