WHAT AND WERE IS THE BEST SOLDER IRON TO BUY AND WERE TO I GET ONE NOT THE KIND FROM WALLY WORLD I NEED ONE WITH A SMALL SMALL TIP

I bought a digital soldering station at Radio Shack that goes up to 850 that has a tip small enough for the W series easy and will work just fine on the Nikon S600.  I think I paid around $70 maybe a $100.  Can't remember.  I recommend a digital station though so that way you know right where you at.  I only wish it was a hair hotter.  But 850 is more than enough to do some damage if your not careful.  Just my two cents though.

the best soldering iron in the world won't make up for shaky hot dog fingers  :chuckle:.  No coffee the day of soldering  :chuckle:
