Reflex site for ruger mk 3 22/45 target

Well as the title says thinking about picking up a little red dot optic.  Never used one before so a little lost.  Figure something from 0-150 dollar range, just to do some plinking with and pick a grouse off here or there. Like the look of the reflex style as it keeps field of few open. Anybody have any suggestions?  Thanks in advance!

I have a Sight Mark on my 22/45. Think I paid less than a $100. Works perfect haven't had any problems with it in 5 years,  has 4 different reticles and 7 brightnesses with an off position between each brightness. Although I have been looking @ the Burris and Vortex Venom's lately.
