Four Dog has arrived

Well, "love at first sight" they say....😄. Burn in this next week.  What a quality stove!

I burned mine all day as hot as I had the courage.  The galvanization on the stove pipe should burn off almost all the way up and the black paint should change color on almost the entire stove.  I started with a small fire and built it over a couple hours then let it rip.

You're going to love it.  I didn't let my four dog burn in all the way by not doing it long enough and hot enough.  Had to do a second burn in.  Light it, load it and let it cook, you'll see the changes in the colors.  Nice choice. :tup:

100% agree with above posts, mine has been great for us. Only thing I did was remove the "spark arrestor" at 0300 one morning because it was completely plugged with creasote after a few days burning clean dry red fir and filled the tent with smoke. Won't be putting it back on there this year. Also just added another 2ft section of 5" pipe to be right off the stove then the dampner then the nesting pipe. I figure this will not only help pull a better draft but also give me more pipe space to dampen for night time heat.

Duck,
Qwick Kamp Inferno stove is everybit as good as the four dog.  I have had and used both.  If you need another option.
