I lived there for 4 years.  Awesome upland game and goose/duck hunting.

North Dakota has a lot to offer a non resident hunter.  Friendly people, great access, lots of waterfowl and upland birds.
There are parts of the state with a lot of posted land.  However most of ND is covered in PLOTS (private lands open to sportsmen) that is well marked and the trespass laws are straight forward and easily understood.  Landowners own to the center of the road.  Posted land must be marked at the section lines and any obvious access point (i.e. driveways, gates).  If it's not posted, it's open to hunting.

Swan tags are given out by lottery.  Tag is notched like a normal deer tag.  Swans are a large bird that is delicious and fun to hunt.  That bird was taken after glassing from afar.  Then hiking in over a mile and finally crawling the last 500 yards as there is little cover.  There were a dozen sitting on the water about 80 yards from shore.  After a short wait, those birds drew in a group of 8 that made a pass a little too far out.  Four dropped in with the larger group and the other four made a second pass.  They got a little too close that time.  One shot fired, one tag filled.  Used an old 870 firing an ounce and a quarter of TSS #6.

I was looking at possibly doing a guided snow goose hunt this coming spring.  I doubt I'll be able to pull it off so soon, but we shall see.  One day I'll get over there.
Right wing shooter, I aim for the left!!!

Nowhere in your incoherent rambling did you come close to what can be considered a rational thought. Everyone is now dumber having heard it. I award you no points and may God have mercy on your soul.
