I've been shot at twice over the last 25 years in Tacoma and am so glad that thugs have no idea on how to shoot a firearm.  Doesn't help that they are usually drunk or high.   Good Video

I use to gangster shoot with my 10-22 when I was in high school. If I got just the rite tilt I could land the hot brass on the back of my buddy's neck.
