How in the world do I get the operating handle away from the bolt. Maybe mines just stuck.  Its at 1:54

wiggle it as you pull away from the bolt. they fit snug

If that doesn't work, use a rag and some channel locks or
Vice grips. carefully Pull strait out, not at a angle.
