.17HMR in the ear deer rifle.

Deer come equipped with two funnels, one on each side of the skull. A .17HMR in the funnel will drop them like a sack of russets. By putting a premium on shooting skills, make the .17HMR legal only for funnel shots. You can legally tag the deer if hit in the ear hole. Any other hits are illegal and you face a fine. :hello:
