Grouse hunting in Belfair/Tahuya

Can anyone give me an idea where to go Grouse hunting in Belfair/Tahuya area.   I don't have a dog, just the ole feet.

Just walk the roads behind the gates, but be warned this is a high ORV use area.

Section 6, Township 23 North Range 1 West.  I remember seeing one there a couple months back while surveying in there. It's DNR land. Off Sandhill Road.

Most, not all of the area is DNR off of Sandhill Rd and Ellfendal Pass RD.

Get your hands on a Tahuya/Bellfair State Forest Map, look for the areas that are foot traffic only, there is a few but not many. Most of the forest is used by ORVS.
