Fall Picture Ideas

Besides field photos, I always like to come up with some fall shots of my antlers.  Some of my favorites involve my kids.  They get a kick out of posing with Daddy's antlers.  One, it gets them involved.  I love the shots that end up on display on my trophy wall. Nothing beats a kid smiling with a set of antlers in their hands. It also helps a guy like me keep track of about what year I got something, or how old my kids were at the time.   Another function stems from the history that I have with antlers.  Some of you may have read in the magazine article about how standing in between my Dads moose antlers is what gave me the antler bug.  I was hoping to hook my kids as well.  I always try to do some fall shots with my kids, and the current years antlers often end up in the mix.

This is one of my favorites.  I titled it Daddy's Prize.   It got runner up in the Pope and Young's photo contest a few years ago.
