Made a couple batches yesterday.

Do you have a hand cranked roller or powered? I got a nice hand crank last year (2015) for Christmas but to my shame have not yet used it.

We have the Kitchenaid attachment, spendy, but works awesome. I make quite a few batches at a time, slightly dry, then freeze. Wayyyyyy better than store bought pasta

I've made egg noodles just using a rolling pin, they are awesome!

Make lasagna with homemade pasta and you will NEVER go back to store bought. It is a new dimension in lasagna. We make almost all our own with just the hand roller, but don't really make a whole lot at a time. Lasagna, fettuccine and linguine mostly.
