As of last weekend nope, not even close. My dad and I walked across the ice from the dock to the other side. Not exactly sure but I bet the ice is probably 5 - 6" thick in spots. It's gonna be a while.

Thanks for the responses. I will try to launch at Lincoln this weekend. Never launched there before, is it a good ramp?

I launched at Spring Canyon on Saturday morning and it was free of ice. Good luck and tight lines.

7 Bays ramp is open and nicely sanded. We fished from about 10am-2pm and caught 11 rainbows and missed a few others. Trolled flies about 10-20 feet for most of the fish. Good start to the year.

R u kidding me !!!! leave that boat at home , take the right before the last trailor homes right after the giant salt shaker at lincoln, bring one hook one slip weight one swivele a jar of speckle orange powerbait walk down past the fish pens cast out as far as u can let line out till it hits , stand there and have a blast !!!  With no wind chill factor or anchors or frozen fingures , ive limited there for 5 times this year great tasteing truot , we wont get into the cajun twinkee thing thats for getting real comfortable there and that takes 20 years of exsperiance !!! there is no ice in that bay if there is no wind wich hardley ever happens but it did once this year ,sooooo,,,  GET OUT THERE ! before someone takes that away too !
