It looks like he just created a gif animation using a series of pictures.

That's all it is. 10 photos taken from my trailcam at the exact same spot. Crop and resize them and then combine them into an animated gif. Not hard at all. I dont have my real animated gif maker loaded on my computer so I used a freebie trial. Search for animated gif maker
