Make sure you buy one larger than your current needs. Firearms left unattended in a safe will multiply. It's a fact of life.

You may laugh, check your local Walmart. $100.00 cheaper then Cabelas for the same safe.

If you have the means to move one yourself, look for a used one.  They pop up quite a bit and you can save a ton of money.  The down side....you usually have to move it and they are heavy.  Couple things I would reccomend;

1.  Buy the absolute biggest you can afford and will fit in your desired location (or buy two medium).....if it says it is a 50 gun safe, you will likely only fit 25-30 long guns before it is packed. 
2.  Make sure it has a good fire rating....you will find you also use it for important documents.  Everyone that I know uses it for more than guns. 
3.  Buy the tallest model you can.  Most of the cheaper / economy safes are short and barely fit long guns....never have figured out why they make safes like this.

I bought mine at Cabela's, I liked getting hands on seeing what my money was buying me. The Cabela's signature series is made buy Liberty (their Franklin), I can also tell you Liberties customer service is hands down awesome.

But yes always buy bigger than you want/need, get a good fire rating, and bolt that sucker down. first thing thieves like to do is tip them over for more leverage.

Tracker gun safes in Vancouver, Wa. are not to bad. I have one and really enjoy it but like others have said "GO BIG" they get full fast.

Go look at NW Safe in Enumclaw......they have treated me great.

Agreed NW Safe in Enumclaw is a great place to shop.  When I compared Liberty (their top selling brand) to Superior (also offered, but not as hard pushed), the Superior safes were better built and had more material/insulation/reinforcement for the same price as liberty. 

My next safe will be a Sturdy safe since they skip all aesthetic improvements and put that money into materials for thicker shells, which is really what you need when shopping an RSC (called a "safe" but not certified by UL as a safe since they're so easy to break into, so they're called "residential security containers").

Its really hard to compare safes by price.  There are so many variances that price should be the last thing your worried about.  Saving a couple hundred now could cost you thousands in a fire or a break-in.  Set your budget then buy quality over quantity.  A 60 gun safe is worthless if its easy to break into or doesn't prevent fire damage.

The Washington Tractor stores have safes as well. They are made by Liberty if I remember correctly.
