Possible great score on a tent.
« on: March 26, 2017, 08:18:25 AM »
I have been looking for awhile on a tent that the wife would sleep in while in the backcountry with  me. I still plan on getting a floor less tent for my hunts but could not pass this up.
After much confusion on the description of poles. Originally said fiberglass poles. Which I planned on changing  but showed up with aluminum poles.   It's not the lightest tent out there at just over 4 lbs but for the price I had to get it.
Finding reviews were tough but I found some and they were all good. After some weird point thing my wife had and a amazon prime credit card I got this tent for $25.. that's right $25.  I figured for that price I can't pass it up.

I got it yesterday and at first look . It's nice. It does not have a footprint  , which I will make and the toggle/ strap that keeps the door open is to low and should be in the middle.
Other than that I am excited to try this out. Will let people know more if interested when I put it to the test.
It's a Flytop night moon 2
If its brown knock it down

Sweet! Yeah 4# is on the heavy side for sure. Looks like all that weight is coming from the fly. Swap that with a silnylon or other lightweight tarp and you've got a lightweight setup for a killer deal!
Kindly do not attempt to cloud the issue with too many facts.
