Amazing Wildlife Videos
« on: April 04, 2017, 05:13:56 PM »
I saw a couple videos that were pretty interesting and thought it would be nice to have a topic with interesting wildlife videos! If you see an amazing wildlife video, please post it here.

Another outfitter who operates just outside YNP came bear hunting with us here in Washington last fall. I was amazed to learn they almost never see black bear anymore but they see grizzlies all the time. In fact he said if you left an elk overnight after a successful hunt to pack out the next day, there's a high probability it would be taken over by a grizzly when you come back to get it the next morning. I can remember going to Yellowstone when I was young and we would see dozens of black bear. But this outfitter came hunting all the way to Washington hoping to get a black bear. This interesting video reinforces why the black bear seem to be disappearing in the YNP area.

Awesome video.I wonder if they will ever concede that them putting the wolves back in when they did is causing the grizzlies to venture where they were not before in search of food because of the wolf competition.
