The one I saw gimped pretty bad.

Any thought as to what could have taken the legs. Trap, coyote, cougar, bear...?

I would guess that the one that gimped bad was probably hit by a vehicle.  She looked like she had been busted up pretty bad at one time.  Just a W.A.G. though.

Last time I was there I must have missed those gimps.  That one actually putting weight on the stub looks real bad!
