Yeah that was funny.
But not far from the truth I suspect.

I'm surprised there aren't more photos of the few others that are running around the flats up there.

There's been a few that are spending the whole year by the river instead of just the winter.

East Skagit County seems like a dangerous place for a wolf.

It's dangerious for a lot of predators, but there aren't enough outlaws to control them.

Yep.  Peak hunting has come and gone.  Headed to some really dark years ahead.  State was racing to get that thing collared before it went MIA.

Utah - can you share any more details on the Indian Head pack?  Send me a PM if you like.

To bad they didn't collar it with a short rope up in a tall tree, or relocate it in downtown Seattle.

True.
A group of my friends saw one in Meander Meadows last year.

Sounds like they caught and collared it.

I wonder if this wolf pack will get as large as the Lookout pack before another pack is confirmed? I think the lookout pack had around 150 wolves in it, and then 8 years later, Ker-blam evidence of a second pack was shown to WDF&Wolves and bingo, finally another pack is confirmed. Or will WDF&frauds claim the wolf is just passing through?
