Peters Taxidermy Eurasian.
« on: June 11, 2017, 12:58:05 PM »
Got my Eurasian back from Peters today. Looks pretty goood to me, happy to have home back so I can remember when those guys that came and set up directly across from us then took 100+ yard shots at the big flock of geese coming into our decoys and scared this little gem right over to us in the process. Such a pretty bird.

Nice mount, Peters do great work.

Sorry to hear why you got the bird, I've had the same thing happen before, other hunters shooting from across the lake to spook birds that were already coming down in our decoys. My 10 and 13 year old kids got rained on by their shot!

Well what made it worse was the fact that they got their 3 man limit off of flocks of ducks that were coming into our spread before we got a 2 man limit. They had to have been using full chokes with 3 1/2" shells and I'm almost positive they didn't have plugs in. Sometimes people suck!! Public land can be tough.
