That is one of my favorite things about their system. All or nothing for OIL tags keeps the odds drawing reasonable, no BS about putting in for them just because. By the time I get another elk tag out of the way I'll have the money to start applying for a goat tag.
Yes.  If Washington cared about hunters instead of money they would do this too.

I have always liked the option as well but thought I heard it changed last year.
Just a matter of time until it does unfortunately.

I don't see a change in the future.  Not saying it can't happen, just no indication of such a change now or in the forseeable future.
