I want one for a Toyota Tacoma, that will bolt into the bed and hold a jack/axe/shovel. so it will not rattle around.

I second the quick fist. I use them on my Cherokee. They work great for everything. Mag lights, shovels jacks etc.

In archery we have something like the way of the superior man. When the archer misses the center of the target, he turns round and seeks for the cause of his failure in himself.

I will say that I use 2 large eye bolts in the roof rack and a bungie to secure my full sized shovel I keep the shovel head at the rear and the handle pointed to the front. That way the eyes hold fast when braking.

Check out the Smittybuilt axe and shovel mount. I had one mounted in the bed of my old Tacoma, and I have a brand new one that I purchased with the intent to mount it in the bed of my Tundra, but changed my mind. I would let it go pretty cheap if you wanted it.
