Running them right off the lands,h4831sc, with a .280 AI which is pretty comparable but cant help ya with a starting point besides that.  Seem to be pretty easy to load for.

I recently worked up a ladder with the 162gr eldx, reloader 22 powder and hornady brass.  I'm shooting a muzzle broken cz550 7mm Rem Mag with a 23.8" barrel.  My best results came at the high end of the charge table.  The gun started to dial in under 3/4" at 100 yds with 62.5 gr of powder and got a little better at 62.9 gr, which is the high end of the published data. Speeds were recorded at 2892 for both charges, which I am not exactly sure why speeds didn't increase more going from 62.5 to 62.9.  My only guess is that I am hitting a node, at that point, which may suggest that it is a sweet spot for me.  My COL was at .02 off the lands.  Did a similar ladder at .05 off lands with worse accuracy.

Planning on doing another ladder, staying closer to 62.9gr and continuing to play with seating depth.  I am hesitant to go over the max charge, as I had one primer flatten a little bit.

Also, note your barrel twist rate, as the 162gr eldx is suggested for 9.5 twist and the 175gr eldx is suggested for 8.5 and faster twist.

***i was almost at the point of scrapping the gun as I had been through almost all of the factory rounds that were readily available for it and could not get it to shoot under 2" at 100yds, with lots of random flyers.  162 gr eldx and reloader 22 saved me.  Almost Immediatly after getting off of the bench, I had the pleaser of shooting an auddad sheep at 265yds with some heavy winds across a canyon.  The math worked perfectly as I simply adjusted my scope based on the ballistics chart and dropped the animal.  This round also cut through wind like a champ as I did not adjust for windage.  The .630 ballistic coefficient is pretty sweet.

Good luck.
