Lots of little trout in the open area above Entiat Falls. Myrtle lake is an easy walk in from the end of the road (caveat - I haven't been up there since it all burned), and used to be a pretty nice little brook trout lake. I would never send someone up the Entiat just for the fishing, but since your going anyway it can't hurt to bring along some gear. Chinook is open in the lower River but I don't have any info on that.
