When ever I'm hunting and am eating something I just killed I feel like it is the best steak I ever had. At home it is moose, deer, caribou and then a friend just gave me some antelope that was delicious. When I finally get an elk, I'm sure that will be up there also. I've always heard dall sheep is hands down the best! I would like to try it some day.
