As far rate of fire devise ,There will be new laws ,It sucks ,I don't like it ,Hopefully this is a poorly written bill and will not pass without more reform of definition.
The bill they have been trying to push for years in Washington will allow you to hunt with your assult weapon,just not buy or sell ,must be locked up at all times when not in use,locked in gun case durring transport.
Here is some of which it says you will be able to hunt with in Washington assult weapon ban bill.
Possess the assault weapon or large capacity magazine only on23property owned or immediately controlled by the person, or while24engaged in the legal use of the assault weapon or large capacity25magazine at a duly licensed firing range, or while engaged in a26lawful outdoor recreational activity such as hunting, or while27traveling to or from either of these locations for the purpose of28engaging in the legal use of the assault weapon or large capacity29magazine, provided that the assault weapon or large capacity magazine30is stored unloaded and in a separate locked container during31transport.
