Hunting duck and elk?

I have shot a lot of ducks while pheasant hunting and wearing my orange vest. Don't see the problem. By way was loaded up with steel shot.

When you have your rifle in your possession, during an open modern season, with a tag for that season, when afield,  Hunter orange must be warn.
