Looking for reviews on the walther P22 semi auto .22 lr pistol. 

Thanks for any first hand reviews.

Have one. Shoots ok, but prefers high velocity hard nose stuff. They are really hit or miss depending on production run. There is a p22 bible you can download to fix some of the issues. I had to polish the feedramp and slide ears to get mine cycling better. They are not known for accuracy, but fun to shoot.

I haven’t had any problems. It’s not to picky but if you get it really really dirty once in awhile it will hang up. Accuracy wise I can hit whatever I point it at. Have had the target length for 10+ years.

Staying with that same style and look, the Ruger SR22 and Smith & Wesson M&P Compact 22 are two others that come highly recommended and are worth taking a look at.
