Not all dealerships have a great service department....
I wouldn't send my enemy to the dodge dealership in Skagit County.

In archery we have something like the way of the superior man. When the archer misses the center of the target, he turns round and seeks for the cause of his failure in himself.

I take my truck thier for recalls only.

Me and my son went there yesterday he is doing research for when he gets out of OCS so he can buy a truck. Test drove some, the guy just couldn’t get it in his head he wasn’t buy right now.  :chuckle:

If it’s something I can’t do it goes to Budget Towing and Repair in Mt Vernon.

:yeah: Little bro just took his super duty to the Ford dealership last month to have a brand-new front bumper installed. Came back to find said bumper installed crooked, dented, and paint chipped off the front fenders. Quality is our #1!

Sounds like something that he should have taken to a body shop. Not saying it's not the dealer's fault...just doesn't seem like the best option for body work.

It was at one of the largest Ford dealerships in the Southwest part of the state, they are a Ford certified body / collision repair center.

I took my work truck into a Ford dealer in Renton because it was having some issues starting  They kept it for two days and did a 2000 dollar fix. Oddly enough the next morning (the first time I started it cold it did the same thing it had been doing before. Called my trusty service advisor pissed and he told me something else must have gone wrong in my ten minute drive home that displayed the same symptoms.  :bash:

After driving the thing back down there and having a few choice words with him they took it back and found some more stuff to do to it that sort of helped but never actually solved it.

When I moved I mentioned it to my new service advisor at the enumclaw dealer and they fixed it overnight with an oil change and never had an issue with it after that.

Dealership in Renton has a less than stellar reputation. The construction company who’s home office is next door to them brings their trucks to me.
