A good buddy has a 30" tube on his custom. He's pushing the 140's at 3100fps. Watched him bang flop a 330" bull at 980 yards in Colorado this year. Darn fun gun to shoot too!

Those 330’s are double the toughness/size of a raghorn but Hey it got the job done. High shoulder? Like broz says its only the errant shots where the bigger guns shine.

Conditions were good, and the shooter was more than capable. Regardless of the number, the result was an impressively dead bull
according to my calculator he had 1300+ ft lbs... it’s very important to use actual environmental data when trying to prove a point
