My first ducks!!!
« on: October 17, 2007, 01:46:18 PM »
Damn! I see now why this is so addictive!  :tung: I had a great shoot this morning. I probably saw close to 150 ducks and about 40 geese. I did not get a chance to shoot at any of the geese because they were to far out. I am HOOKED!  :hunter:

Well, by the time the weekend was over, 4 more went into the freezer. Sunday sucked pond water. Not many birds flying. All teals, but I think they are moving out with the colder weather. I saw a few more mallards than I had earlier in the week.
Oh yeah... I got my first double. 2 with one shot! I bet I couldn't do THAT shot again to save my life! My buddy Steve was with me when I shot them and he was rolling over the shot!
