I did
Soy sause
Sugar
Salt
Worshire sause
Some spices
That's about it ,a lot more sugar than I should of.Eating it makes your hands sticky,marrinade for two days.ingredients are in that order of amount , but more sugar never hurts.

I just did a big batch, probably 6 pounds finished product. I just used the Hi Mountain Jerky seasoning, Hot and Sweet. Turned out fantastic. My favorite is the garlic and cracked pepper, that one is next.
