change how commissioners are selected
abolish WDFW
stopping flyfishing only

There is also one expanding concealed carry to schools.

Those three are so poorly written and don't make any actionable sense.   

I want to start an Initiative on Initiatives.  Not kidding.     As it stands in this state, a majority in a small area can over rule the majority of the state.  We have seen this over and over.  Remember Hound hunting. 

In Arizona, I understand that for an Initiative to pass, it must pass in 2/3rds of the Counties.  I like that Idea. It keeps the Urban from totally running the lives of the rural. 

Can you change the Initiative process using the Initiative process?  That's the question.
