Do you pluck dry or wet. I grew up plucking after dipping in boiling water.
Which way do you suggest??

If you pluck it right after you shoot it it works pretty good. If you wait till the body temp comes down you will have to dip it.

Pluck as soon as you can, and then for the little pin-feathers take and scorch them off with a lighter or over a gas stove to get them off. Usually have an hour or so after shooting them if you dont gut them right away, to pull them out easy.

I just pluck it as soon as possible dry. Only takes about 15 minutes. Then into the deep fryer it goes.
