I found these through Rokslide, got one for my new Exo. I think the guy had a few more. Price was fair and varies for type of pack. Just wanted to pass on the info.

Yes it attaches just like the Exo accessory pouch. Velcro on the inside. Not sure of the guys name. He goes by pods8 over on rokslide.

He makes great gear and will work with you for custom pieces.  I had him make me a pistol holster sleeve thing so I could use my OWB gunfighter inc holster on my Kifaru belt and he made me a nice belt pouch that was a specific size and attachment points.  He has a thread on Rokslide of all his work and some of the bags are pretty sweet.
