Remington turkey ammo on sale
« on: April 11, 2018, 08:00:10 AM »
For those who are looking for economically priced turkey ammo, Sportsman's Warehouse has a sale on the Remington Nitro's and there is a Remington rebate also.  I bought three boxes of 3 inch #6's yesterday.  $7.99 each and a $3 rebate per box.

I got the same price at Cabela's a couple of weeks ago with the same rebate.  :IBCOOL:

Think Remington has pulled its last card to win Turkey hunters over. They have not produced a good Turkey load in a few years, in my opinion.

Remington rebates are slow to come.  I put in a Rebate in Oct. from Remington and it showed up today in the mail.  I didn't expect to see it.
Cut em!

I’ve been using their turkey load exclusively, mainly because I’m cheap, and was successful with it on multiple occasions last year.

Yes I have used Remington as well with great success but they just don’t come up with anything new to compete. Federal is always on the cutting edge of new technology, I don’t even shoot the Federal. Remington has stopped making the load I shoot, a few years ago. Now that I’m shooting the 20ga instead of the 12ga, don’t need them.
