Some decent coonstripe shrimp on the east side of whidbey north of the 8-1 line.  Like always, it takes some looking...

We had soon shrimp in our pots last year while shrinking between Mc Neil Is and Fox Is. Last year.
Kind of surprised us, never caught any before while going for spot in 250 plus deep water.

Hard to believe what they did with Area 6. Only four 8 hour days. Last year half way through the season they opened it up to double limits. The area between mukilteo/Clinton ferry run was scatter bombed with pots yesterday.

LOL... Bonus points for Spot Prawns... Only another $8 per year, why not
