Stimson Land?
« on: May 01, 2018, 09:46:49 AM »
I'm going to be a totally new part of the state this weekend, the NE section for purposes unrelated to hunting, but may the opportunity to hunt at the same time so I'm bringing my gear. From what I gather Stimson land is open to the public for hunting, correct? Their last recreation bulletin is from September 2017 and only shows a section in Idaho as closed.

Thanks!

I scouted and hunted unit 124 in 2016.  All the Stimpson land had signs at the gates to say they were closed or not.  Quite a bit of it was closed for a while in late summer when I was scouting because of some herbicide they had sprayed on and around the roads.  But they all were open around the beginning of September If I recall correctly.
Look man, some times you just gotta roll the dice
