read the permit contract for Vail. I noticed on the Aberdeen contract you can not use a dog for hunting until after December. I wonder what the reason is.
There are only so many sunrises left.

Too bad I spaced it out and didn't even try to get a permit..... I know a few really good chanterelle spots.....

I did the vail permit. Not nearly as many people as before the permits, saw good numbers of deer, saw at least a couple grouse driving around each time. Found a lot of chanterelles. Had a good time with the permit. Grouse hot spot no and cant use a dog for a good.portion of the season.

I got the vail permit. Excited to get the keys and go out there. This will be my first time hunting grouse and deer so if you are familiar with the area please send me a pm :)
