A half and a half...
« on: May 18, 2018, 05:05:11 PM »
So despite many many hours shed hunting this season (which is my first) I found nothing. The other day while going for a jog in my local spot with my dog and 9 year old boy, my dog comes running out of the woods with a big "stick" in his mouth. It turned out to be an elk shed! I freaked out at my (his) first shed, called him over, and then got my 9 year old and frantically went searching for the other half. 100 feet away I found another: a blacktail shed! I spent the next two hours looking for the other sides but no luck.
Great day overall, and now i know my dog can help look!
