Rattlesnake Avoidance Clinic- Spokane area
« on: June 01, 2018, 10:26:04 PM »
Hi everyone,

The Spokane Bird Dog Association is doing a snake break in Medical Lake on Friday, June 22.  The professionals from Natural Solutions are bringing live rattlers for the training.  They safely tape the mouth shut so they can handle them and they can't strike a dog.

The cost is $75 per dog, and we schedule times so you are not standing around all day.

Dogs should be about 6 months old or older.

We are also doing a fun field trial for all breeds on Saturday, June 9th at our training grounds in Medical Lake.  It starts at 8am, over by 1pm or so.  Bring your setter, lab, springer, whatever.  This is just for fun, and it is fun.  All you need is a dog, orange vest, shotgun and $50.

Email me at dougkoenig@windermere.com or call me at 509-850-1839 to sign up or for more info.

I sent you an e-mail for this weekend. That sounds like fun.
Lead em if they're running.

Forks,

No, not really on the "light em up."  I have had dogs to these folks for years and have never heard a dog vocalize.  They are pretty amazing trainers, as you would expect given how many dogs they work with each year.

Any videos you can post?
