Before you criticize someone, you should walk a mile in their shoes.  That way, when you criticize them, you're a mile away and you have their shoes.

I drove by there on Saturday. A lot of good memories back in there. May need to sneak in there soon and poke around a little.

For sure, had many memories from there. A "friend" of mine launched an entire case of Budweiser in the river back in the late 80's cause they might have been a smidge under 21 and the law might have showed up unannounced. Cannot confirm nor deny it happened  :chuckle:

But hey it was the place to party back then, so I have been told  8)

Just out of curiosity does anyone know why the submission deadline on your wdfw profile is the 31st, but the actual deadline is the 23rd? You think these kind of mistakes would be caught after a few years of this new system. Unless it isn’t a mistake and some people get an extra week to apply. Maybe the wdfw is trying to keep it on the down low  :chuckle:

Something I've heard in the past is that the week after the deadline is for people who somehow missed the deadline, or didn't submit their applications properly. Maybe they bought an application but forgot to submit it. The WDFW then spends the next week after the deadline contacting those people to make sure everyone gets entered into the draw correctly. So maybe 5/31 really was the true deadline, not for online applications but for those who were allowed to submit their applications over the phone.

I thought it actually became a forum rule at one time that you couldn’t say “C-Post”.  :dunno:

On the other hand, can anyone tell me if this a Bobcat or a House Cat?  :dunno:

I don’t think they let people submit who forgot (I’ve been there and wasn’t allowed to submit Spring Bear the day after the deadline even though I had purchased). They do have to go thru checks to make sure the hunt codes on everyone’s apps are ones that they actually qualify for. If there are any discrepancies there, then they will call people to correct the system mistakes.
