Best cage traps

I looking at running a small trap line for bobcats and coins this winter and I'm wondering what brand of cage trap I should be looking at?

I really like cam trip traps for bobcats...humptulips on here makes some really nice traps too that are collapsible.  Bearpaw traps are great too...

camtrip cages work great. Also, comstock custom cages beaver trap set on its side with only one door open works great.

I'm prejudiced but I like the ones I make. Collapsible so they carry and transport easy. Versatile, they can catch beaver and otter also. Coni trigger so less apt to freeze up. 11x17x40, $200 and $20 for shipping.

I’ve got some of Bruce’s traps and they are universal and work well. I also have some camtrips that are pretty slick and nestle together to save space, the trip pan can be problematic in freezing/snowy conditions but there is a few tricks to help with that.

Make em.  With a litle innovation and time with beta testing you can make about anything you want.  Welder and setup for $200 and you're off an running.

Bruce's traps are as good as they get! I use to build my own but time was/isnt in my favor. Add materials, equipment and time plus the learning curve a numerous failures to "get it right" and it just made sense to start catching fire in a proven trap. Plus Bruce is a huge supporter of WSTA and local to Washington State. His traps work on a large variety of furbearers.
