Nothing too fancy but a great breakfast of eggs with morels sauteed in sherry with white truffle oil. Eggs and truffles go together very well. I hope to have a few Aussie "Perigords" this week or next. They just started coming in a week ago and are every bit as good as the true "black diamonds" from France, which come in during late Fall and Winter. This is, of course, Australia's late Fall.
