Quality AK style rifle for 2018?

Im looking at trying the ak platform out again. It seems the Arsenal SAM7 series is everyones pick for the "best" quality on the market. Im wanting chrome lined chamber and barrel, 7.62x39 and stamped or milled receiver, no preference for either since they both have their pros and cons. Anybody got suggestions?
