hey hoytstaffshooter, I know there are bigger bucks out there because I have one on my wall but what I am impressed with is that this picture was only taken in June.  He had plenty more growing left to do and who knows how big he ended up getting.  Sorry to say but you are not even close on were the pictures were taken.  You have to head more northeast than that.

I would love to see that too.   :hunter:

Shouldnt be a problem seeing one of them on his wall this year, especially being able to shoot 9 out of 10 kill shots at 100 yards with his Hoyt.

Either way MHO is 5 blacktail over 150 in the same field is a pipe dream unless they are high fenced or NW Treck, although Charlie has seen his share of them in one general area so maybe I'm  :liar:

For Chriminy skes...where are you guys getting those AWESOME smileys!!!

Years ago outta Fall City I saw 3 big bucks walking together not far off the road... ITs probably my "best" sighting of blackies.. i'll bet the big guy was 138 ish...cant call hi m140..the other two were 125ish.. it was a sight to behold. They were in velvet and were Lookin Good!

Very, VERY few people have seen a blacktail that will score 140... way less have seen a 150 (I've seen  1 bencher that goes that...)...and WAY, WAY less have seen 5 150s on one farm!

however.. maybe Hoyt Man is one of the few....??? :dunno:

I wish I could say I have seen a 150 class blacktail alive in Washington. I have or will mount a total of 2 150 class blacktails. I have seen a few in the 140 ish range, but thats it. Most are in the 130's. But then again I'm in the heart of spike and forked horn territory here  :'(
