My father got drawn for coweman muzzy cow havnt hunted it in bout 6 years bought a longview pass this year and bingo bango dad got a cow tag anyone out ther have any info they can share would be much appreciated. We will be spending a lot of time in there in sept thanks

I don't want to be a downer here, but the Coweeman unit herds are in BAD shape.  Most if not all have hoof rot and the numbers have dropped drastically over the last few years.  I wish you guys the best of luck.

Yup that’s what I’ve heard for a whike it’s one  of the reasons we quite hunting it. but it only takes one elk. We know the area a little that’s y he put in for it and it’s close to home for him. Just thought that maybe someone on here will have some secret squirrel info it’s worth a shot thanks for anybody Time

It was become very tough even for cow
Sounds like you are aware of SW Washington’s
Problem with Hoof Rot so I will stop at that.
