Best side by side tire
« on: March 19, 2018, 02:47:30 PM »
Specifically for street and hard pack dirt.  I don't do the mud'n thing and don't really do any trails.  I am looking for a smooth ride on pavement / hard pack dirt with good wear.  I wore out the stock tires on the front of my rig in about 1000 miles.....they had really soft rubber and didn't last on pavement at speed.

Thanks for any information.

Might also add I have been researching the GBC Kanati Mongrel 10 ply and the tusk terabite 8 ply.

Any experience with either and reviews?  Any other one I should be considering?

Truck tires!  Get some 15" wheels and pick whatever AT or MT tire you want. The tires will last long enough to pay for the new rims if you're going through tires.

I have Rocky Mountain ATV Terrabites on my RZR, 8 ply. I run them on the roads here and the forest service roads. They run smooth without even balancing them. I'm running 8 lbs of air, 10 was too much air and had trouble with them being to stiff and unforgiving. Free delivery too.

Everybody here in Arizona is going to these tires because they are tough.
I couldn't care less about what anybody says..............
