lake roosevelt upper lake
« on: July 13, 2018, 05:51:54 PM »
looking at launching out of hunters tomorrow, take the family boating and find a beach, was going to throw the fishing rods in. not going to focus on sturgeon unless someone thinks i can get one from shore. but what about trolling around for trout or casting for walleye/bass? i like fishing but tomorrow will likely be more of a family day beings my 5 year old like to "cast and reel" rahter than "fish", or should i drown a worm while i sit in the beach?

Throw a big ol Paddle tail grub and find a northern or 2. Flog the weed edges. Drag a jointed rapala in the same area and you might be surprised.

And you can catch dinosaurs from the beach.  :chuckle:
