Cowiche 368 Quality Bow Tag
« on: July 24, 2018, 09:17:26 PM »
I was very fortunate to draw this tag for 2018!  I am wondering if anyone on the forum drew this tag as well.  I have been Elk hunting for a lot of years with my dad and he is now getting up there in age and physical ability.  I am hoping to find another hunter(s) with who drew this tag and would like a hunting partner.
I have a lot of experience and have hunted Elk in many Western states.  I know the Cowiche unit very well.  I will be scouting in late August and plan on setting up camp about a week before the season starts.
If this sounds like something you would be interested in, PM me and we can see if it will be a good fit.

Look forward to hearing from you!

Correct me if I’m wrong, but isn’t your profile picture a cowiche bull?

You are correct!  That bull was taken with a rifle in 2011.

I remember talking to you about some area that year. Good luck this fall!

I was on the other side of the hwy last weekend and the elk didn't seem to be even close to the rut yet, not much for rubs, not much for bugling, will be a flip of the switch any day now tho!
