Spring Turkey and Spring Bear Combo
« on: March 17, 2009, 07:31:57 AM »
Turkey hunting/spring bear any of you get drawn and tag out on both the same day or weekend...I always thought that would be a cool photo...bear over one shoulder turkey over the other...Well maybe a bigger bear than that...lol.  :)   I put in just waiting to see.  I have called bears in with my turkey call, but that usually made my butt pucker.   :yike:
Wild Turkey, Walleyes, Whitetails and Wapiti..These are a few of my favorite things!!

I put in for CF thinking combo, but it is not where I hunt for either (unless drawn)

I got spring bear last year so I went hunting for turkeys in the morning and bears in the afternoon. I did get a turkey but no bear that day.  :bash: I ended up tagging out but not till later on. I wanted to get both and post that story but it didn't pan out for me.
